They are also involved in the research part of sea vessels like the development of submarines and hovercrafts and often, this involves working closely with Marine Engineers. Shipbuilding courses in India are also pursued by Graduate Engineers in India who have completed engineering courses like:
• Mechanical engineering
• Aeronautical engineering
• Civil engineering
• Metallurgical engineering
Naval Architects can also find respectable job profiles in related industries such as Oceanography and Fishery and even, marine life industries such as ocean-theme parks.

yes, this posting was useful but it could use some more effort in terms of quoting the right kind of examples…rest it seems good enough.
you have spoken about ship building courses in general but what about the fact that many of the courses are offered by teh armed forces themselves…I mean in russia the armed forces offer ship training courses to all their cadets without charging anything
What you are suggesting might be true but we are discussing professional courses here that are pursued by students and not “cadets”.
This article provide many tips. Very useful to me. Thanks a lot ?

There is one more course relevant to shipbuilding- Diploma in Shipbuilding Engineering- offered by Institute of Shipbuilding Technology, Goa. It is a 4 year course; including 1 year of sandwich training at a leading shipyard; and includes traits of Naval Arch, Mechanical and Marine Engg with lots of emphasis on practical training.
You have showed great perseverance behind the blog. It’s been enriched since the beginning. I love to share to with my friends. Carry on.
